3. SMS & Messaging Terms
If you use our Services to send SMS messages or use messaging platforms:

5. Booking and Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Remaining balances are due before the event/session.
Late payments may result in cancellation of your booking.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must notify us as soon as possible regarding cancellations or changes.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled session at our discretion.
In the event we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments will be refunded in full.
7. Use of Images
Weddings and Winks, LLC retains full copyright to all photographs taken.
Clients receive a personal-use license for their purchased images.
Images may not be sold, altered, or used commercially without our written permission.
With client consent, we may use images for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes.
8. Client Cooperation
Clients agree to cooperate during photography sessions and follow guidance provided to achieve the best results. We are not responsible for missed shots due to client lateness, restrictions at the venue, or lack of cooperation.
9. Liability
While we take every precaution, Weddings and Winks, LLC is not responsible for unforeseen events, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control that may impact our services.
In the unlikely event of lost images, our liability is limited to a refund of payments received.
10. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. By using our website and services, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as described.
11. Updates to Terms
